Yeah, it’s that time of the year again when we all make that freakin’ New Year’s Resolution. We can't be more excited than we are now – who won't want to start on a clean slate. You don’t have to worry about you not sticking to your past resolutions because this time, we are making the resolutions with you – we’ve got your back! As much as we’ll love to help you draft out a full resolution throughout the year, you have to figure some of them out for yourself girl. Nevertheless, we’ve put together a few tips that will go a long way in helping you that the year very strong – I mean strong AF.

Take a look at the past year

 

From personal experiences, and people's opinions, we’ve found out that it is really helpful to look back at the previous year. Do you feel like you had a lot of snacks almost every weekend of the year? Or have you skipped the gym more than you should – you feel reluctant and lazy to go right? No to worry! It is all in the past now. Resolution number 1: avoid the snack during the weekend and bring something to help suppress your appetite, or better still, prepare your amazing tea or shaker and take with you.

Set goals that are realistic

Trust me – I've been there before, it is freckling difficult to set goals, and every Harder to achieve them, but it will be easier and helpful if you find a way to break these goals into smaller and easier to achieve milestones. This way, achieving them gets easier, and even setting a timeline to achieve your goals becomes possible. Don’t forget to celebrate each time to achieve a goal, no matter the size.

 

Get Your Bestie to Lean On

Do you need to get that tummy flat again? Do you need to get back on track with no plan of falling off? Then there is no better way to do that than spending time with your bestie – gives you the motivation required, coupled with the fun. At times you feel like skipping the gym – you besties have a plan of spending all day at the gym – that’s the push you need. It feels more amazing if you and your bestie makes celebrity detox tea a bestie as well. Push each other to achieve your goals because if your bestie is getting that flat tummy, you definitely will be getting it too.

Sleep is not for the Weak, It’s For the Strong

 

Seriously, in case you don’t know, one of the most important things and way to start this year strong is to start getting enough sleep! At least 7 to 9 hours a day. This way, you stay energized and focused. I know and you know too – when you're recharged, you're gonna crush the workout for the day. Also don’t leave your celebrity detox tea behind. It will go a long way in helping you detox and also in reducing the bloat while to take that sleep…..zzzzzzzz.
