7 SIMPLE WAYS TO DE-BLOAT IN A DAY

There's nothing more annoying, awful and discomforting than the case of bloating. Sometimes, we don’t prepare from them, they come from nowhere and you don’t have to hide from it.

If you're struggling with this tummy and bloating, then you should try some of these steps to help you beat bloating.

 

1. DO YOGA

Nothing feels better than helping your body kick start the day’s cleansing and digestion than exercising. When it comes to detoxing your body and massaging the organs, the twisting poses in yoga are the best.

 

2. EAT SLOWLY

If you rush your food or breakfast, you’ll end up getting bloated. This is because you’ll swallow air in the process. You need to slow down girls. Take your time and enjoy every part of the meal. Chew slowly and wait for your body to tell you it’s enough.

 

3. EAT RASPBERRIES AND MELON

Fruits contain a lot of vitamins, nutrients, and fiber. Although we need fiber to keep us going, having them in excess will become a problem. If you're not used to the heavy load, then you should go for fruits like melon, pineapples or raspberries, as these fruits won't cause bloating as others would.

If you need that flat tummy, then you should steer clear of those drinks that claim to be sugar-free – they contain those sweeteners that cause bloating. 6. EAT SMALL MEALS AT NIGHT

7. GET SOME EXTRA SLEEP
